混凝工艺是水处理效果优劣的关键环节,微涡流混凝装置解决了常规混凝设备建造周期长、投资大、受温度影响波动大的问题,其特殊构造也同时提高了混凝效率,降低了水处理成本。本文详细阐述了微涡流混凝的混凝机理,并针对现场情况开发了一套微涡流混凝装置。现场应用证明该套混凝装置具有投资小、工期短、适应性强、效果好,出水水质好,处理成本低的优点,同时该套装置的适应性强、可塑性高,在海上平台具有较好的应用前景。
