一、概述: 板垫锚固带圈梁是在预制楼板四周同标高处设置与板垫共同工作的锚固带,将同一层预制板楼面固结成整体的圈梁。在九度以内抗震设防区、五层以下的砖混结构民用建筑均可用板垫锚固带圈梁代替目前常用的钢筋混凝土圈梁(下称原圈梁)。板垫锚固带圈梁与原圈梁相比,增加了板垫的预制和安装,但不用木模,省去了木材和支模工序,并由原圈梁的空间作业变为平台作业,综合衡量可以达到省工、省料、安全、缩短工期,提高质量,节约投资的效果。
