目的研究经典复方平胃散拆方后臣药厚朴主要化学成分厚朴酚与和厚朴酚煎出量的变化。方法将经典复方平胃散以臣药厚朴为基础进行拆方分析,主要分为11个组别(单味药组别1个、复方组别4个、以厚朴为主的组别6个)进行分析。利用反相高效液相色谱法进行检测,GRACE Alltima TM C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,等度洗脱,柱温25℃,检测波长294 nm,体积流量1 m L/min。结果和厚朴酚在20.12~120.72μg/m L(r=0.999 0),厚朴酚在20.16~120.96μg/m L(r=0.999 1)线性关系良好。精密度和重复性考察中,和厚朴酚与厚朴酚的RSD值均小于2%,表明仪器的精密度及方法的重复性良好。稳定性试验表明各测定成分在24 h内稳定性良好。加样回收试验中和厚朴酚、厚朴酚平均回收率分别为98.69%、101.28%,RSD值分别为1.47%、1.24%,表明方法的准确性良好。君药苍术、生姜、大枣可以使复方中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚在平胃散复方中煎出量降低;佐药陈皮、使药甘草可以使厚朴酚与和厚朴酚在平胃散复方中煎出量增加。结论厚朴酚与和厚朴酚在平胃散复方中的量受方中其他药物的影响,可以从一定程度上说明平胃散复方配伍与减毒增效的相关性,为后续研究提供一定的参考。
Objective To study the changes of the main chemical constituents of magnolol and honokiol in the decoction of Hypothalamus officinalis, a compound prescription of Pingwei Powder. Methods The classic compound Pingweisan was divided into three groups based on the herbs Magnolia officinalis, which were divided into 11 groups (1 for single herb group, 4 for compound group, 6 for Magnolia group) ) For analysis. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water with an isocratic elution gradient of 25 ℃, a detection wavelength of 294 nm, a volume of 250 nm × 4.6 mm, and a detection wavelength of 294 nm using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography Flow rate 1 m L / min. Results Honokiol showed a good linearity between 20.12 and 120.72 μg / m L (r = 0.999 0) and honokiol between 20.16 and 120.96 μg / m L (r = 0.999 1). The RSD values of honokiol and honokiol were both less than 2% in the study of precision and repeatability, which showed that the precision of the instrument and the repeatability of the method were good. Stability tests showed that the stability of each assay component within 24 h. The average recoveries of honokiol and magnolol were 98.69% and 101.28%, respectively, with RSD values of 1.47% and 1.24% respectively in the recycle test, indicating that the accuracy of the method is good. Jun herb, ginger, jujube compound Magnolol and honokiol in Pingweisan compound fried amount reduced; adjuvant dried tangerine peel, licorice can make magnolol and honokiol in the Pingwei San Compound fried amount increased. Conclusion The quantity of honokiol and honokiol in Pingweisan Compound is affected by other drugs in the prescription, which can explain the correlation between compatibility of Pingweisan and attenuated and synergistic effect to a certain extent, so as to provide reference for follow-up study .
