目的探讨中药复方制剂脑络通抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制。方法采用急性全脑缺血再灌注模型鼠,观察脑络通对局部脑组织血流量、脑含水量、血中血栓素B2(TXB2)、前列环素(PGI2)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)含量的影响。结果脑络通可明显改善脑缺血后局部脑组织血流量(rCBF),脑组织含水量亦较病理组显著减少(P<0.05),TXB2/PGI2、TNF的异常升高得到明显改善(P<0.01)。结论脑络通对急性脑缺血再灌注损伤有显著保护作用。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Naoluotong against brain ischemia reperfusion injury. METHODS: Rats with acute global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion were used to observe the cerebral blood flow, brain water content, blood thromboxane B2 (TXB2), prostacyclin (PGI2) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) levels in Naoluotong. Impact. Results Naoluotong can significantly improve the local cerebral blood flow (rCBF) after cerebral ischemia, and the brain tissue water content is also significantly reduced compared with the pathological group (P<0.05). The abnormal increase of TXB2/PGI2, TNF is significantly improved. (P<0.01). Conclusion Naoluotong has a significant protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
