脑干听觉诱发电位( B A E P)是听力和神经的常规检查方法,临床重要信息主要由 B A E P的波峰潜伏期和波峰的幅度提供。测量这些参数的前提是波峰的标识,正确的标识常常需要依靠医生的经验,实际详细的标定和测量通常是个很费时的过程。许多学者致力于自动系统的研究,特别是近年来神经网络技术的发展,为 B A E P的自动识别和分类提供了一条新的途径。现就 B A E P自动识别和分类中所使用的主要方法进行论述。
Brainstem auditory evoked potentials (B A E P) are routine tests of hearing and nerves. The clinically important information is mainly provided by the peak latency and peak amplitude of B A E P. The prerequisite for measuring these parameters is the identification of the peaks. The correct identification often depends on the experience of the physician. Actual detailed calibration and measurement are often a time-consuming process. Many scholars devote themselves to the research of automatic system, especially the development of neural network technology in recent years, which provides a new way for B A E P automatic identification and classification. The main methods used in B A E P automatic identification and classification are now discussed.
