目的探讨内镜下钛夹联合注射肾上腺素治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效及安全性。方法 140例消化性溃疡出血(内镜下Forrest分级为Ⅰa~Ⅱb)患者,随机分为实验组及对照组,各70例,所有患者在内镜下治疗,实验组应用钛夹和注射肾上腺素,对照组仅注射肾上腺素,比较两组治疗效果及并发症情况。结果两组的即时止血率均达100.00%;实验组再出血率为2.86%,对照组为12.86%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组需转外科手术率为0,对照组为8.57%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者无并发症发生。结论内镜下钛夹联合注射肾上腺素治疗消化性溃疡出血是一种效果好、并发症少的治疗办法,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic titanium clip combined with epinephrine injection in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.
