最近三年,是华电能源牡丹江第二发电厂(以下简称牡二电厂)这个具有30多年历史的老发电企业危机重重、负贷前行的三年。这三年,发电行业整体亏损的阴影还未退去,两台30万千瓦机组还贷、污染物排放标准愈加严苛、职工老龄化程度加剧、人才流失严重、物价飞涨等压力又以排山倒海之势席卷而来。然而,这三年却是牡二电厂与时俱进、创新求变,实现弯道超越最显著的三年:逆境突围连年实现大幅减亏或扭亏、原地踏步近十年的职工收入实现三次增长,同时实现跻身黑龙江省企业100强、成功跨入华电集团公司四星级发电企业。
