目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌微血管密度(MVD)与256层螺旋CT扫描强化增强值之间的关系。方法:选择河北联合大学附属医院2010年7月到2011年7月间经胸心外科收治并于术前接受256层螺旋CT检查及手术证实为非小细胞肺癌(主要是腺癌及鳞癌)患者100例。对肿瘤石蜡标本用血管内皮细胞标记物CD105标染血管内皮并计数其微血管密度(MVD),同时测量256层螺旋CT强化扫描前后CT值,将二者进行相关性统计分析。结果:①100例非小细胞肺癌中,CD105标记的MVD计数分别为腺癌76.84±14.50、鳞癌66.36±15.45,二者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);②鳞癌及腺癌平均256SCT强化增强值分别为(36.85±10.13Hu和45.23±11.67Hu),差异具有显著性(P<0.05);③256SCT强化增强值与其相应的MVD值均呈正相关(r=0.753,P<0.05;r=0.846,P<0.05)。结论:在非小细胞肺癌中,256层螺旋CT增强值与CD105计数的MVD值之间有密切关系。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between enhancement of microvessel density (MVD) in non-small cell lung cancer and enhancement of 256-slice spiral CT. Methods: The Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Union University from July 2010 to July 2011 were treated by thoracic and heart surgery before surgery to accept 256-slice spiral CT examination and surgery confirmed as non-small cell lung cancer (mainly adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma) 100 patients. The specimens of tumor paraffin were stained with vascular endothelial cell marker CD105 and their microvessel density (MVD) was measured. The CT values before and after 256-slice spiral CT scan were measured, and the correlation between them was statistically analyzed. Results: (1) In 100 cases of non-small cell lung cancer, the counts of CD105-labeled MVD were 76.84 ± 14.50 for adenocarcinoma and 66.36 ± 15.45 for squamous cell carcinoma, respectively (P <0.05); (36.85 ± 10.13Hu and 45.23 ± 11.67Hu), respectively (P <0.05). (3) There was a positive correlation between the enhancement value of 256SCT and its corresponding MVD (r = 0.753, P <0.05) 0.846, P <0.05). Conclusions: There is a close relationship between 256-slice spiral CT enhancement and MVD of CD105 counts in non-small cell lung cancer.
