编者按:在经济全球化和中国加入 WTO 的时代背景下,随着外资外企的大量涌入及其本地化策略的实施,我国企业将面临越来越激烈的人才竞争。如何吸引和留住企业的核心人才,培养他们对公司的忠诚度,激励他们不断创新、奋斗,与企业共同成长,已成为大多数企业面临的一大挑战。我们认为,企业的竞争说到底是文化的竞争,企业文化先进与否是能否留住明星员工的根本。而企业文化是否先进,关键则在于企业领导者、企业家自身文化知识的深浅与人文素质的高低。本刊特地约请数位学者、专家,就“人文企业家”论题展开笔谈,从不同视角,倡导“人文企业家”新理念,希冀能对中国企业家队伍整体素质的提升有所裨益。热诚欢迎企业界、经济理论界的有识之士来稿,阐发高见,众“智”成城,以共同办好即将专设的“人文企业家”栏目。
Editor's Note: With the background of economic globalization and China's accession to the WTO, with the influx of foreign-funded foreign enterprises and the implementation of their localization strategies, Chinese enterprises will face increasingly fierce competition for talent. How to attract and retain the core talents of the enterprise, cultivate their loyalty to the company, and encourage them to constantly innovate, struggle and grow together with the enterprise has become a major challenge for most enterprises. In our opinion, in the final analysis, the competition of enterprises is the competition of culture. The advanced enterprise culture is the basis for keeping the star employees. The enterprise culture is advanced, the key lies in business leaders, entrepreneurs, their own depth of cultural knowledge and the level of humanistic quality. In this special issue, we invited a number of scholars and experts to start a written discussion on the topic of “humanistic entrepreneurship” and advocate a new concept of “humanistic entrepreneur” from different perspectives, hoping to benefit the overall quality of Chinese entrepreneurs. Sincerely welcome enterprises and economists to come forward with their insight and expound their wisdom and make their “wisdom” come true, so as to jointly manage the soon-to-be-established “humanistic entrepreneur” section.
