在单光路分光光度计中,照明光源随时间变化的不稳定性通常对颜色测量有很大的影响。在分析了光源随时间变化规律的基础上,提出了用软件自动修正单光路分光光度计的测量结果,从而排除了光源不稳定性所带来的影响。由实验数据找出的规律构造了两个修正因子:时间修正因子和波长修正因子。用它们对测量结果进行修正。实验证明这种方法有效的减弱了光源的影响。
In a single optical spectrophotometer, the instability of the illumination source over time generally has a large impact on the color measurement. Based on the analysis of the variation of the light source with time, the measurement results of the single optical path spectrophotometer are automatically corrected by software, thus eliminating the influence of the instability of the light source. From the experimental data to find the law to construct two correction factors: time correction factor and wavelength correction factor. Use them to correct the measurement results. Experiments show that this method effectively reduces the impact of light sources.
