为确保精品工程的实施,以云万高速公路上预应力混凝土曲线T梁桥“弯桥直做”的施工实践为基础,总结了预应力混凝土曲线T梁的预制施工工艺及质量控制要点,列出了施工过程中普遍存在的问题,并提出了相应的处理控制措施。研究成果指导了云万高速公路预应力混凝土曲线T梁桥的施工,整套技术可供同类工程施工参考。
In order to ensure the implementation of quality engineering, the precast construction technology and quality control of prestressed concrete T-beam are summarized on the basis of the construction practice of prestressed concrete T-beam bridge and “straight bend bridge” of Yun-Wan Expressway , Lists the ubiquitous problems in the construction process, and put forward the corresponding handling control measures. The research results have guided the construction of prestressed concrete curved T-beam bridge of Yunwan Expressway, and the whole set of technology can be used for the reference of similar projects.
