乙二醇醚类的毒性近年已有广泛研究,如乙二醇-甲醚(EGM)经不同途径给药均可引起动物睾丸和骨髓的损害。但迄今尚未发现丙二醇醚类有任何明显的毒性。有人给大鼠和家兔吸入200ppm二丙二醇-甲醚(DPM),6小时/日,5天/周,共13周,未产生毒作用。另有报告,每天经口给大鼠DPM1g/kg剂量,共35天;每天给家兔涂皮5ml/kg DPM,每周5天,共90天,均无毒性反应。也有人报告,平版印刷工人定期接触DPM引起了骨髓的损害,然而他们同时还接触苯和少量EGM。本文目的是进一步评价DPM的经皮毒性,并与EGM进行比较。
The toxicity of glycol ethers has been widely studied in recent years. For example, administration of EGM by different routes can cause damage to testes and bone marrow of animals. But so far no obvious toxicity has been found with propylene glycol ethers. Rats and rabbits were inhaled 200ppm dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether (DPM), 6 hours / day, 5 days / week, a total of 13 weeks, did not produce toxic effects. Another report, daily oral administration of DPM1g / kg dose for a total of 35 days; daily coating of rabbit skin 5ml / kg DPM, 5 days a week for a total of 90 days, no toxicity. It has also been reported that regular exposure of lithographers to DPM causes bone marrow damage, however, they are also exposed to benzene and small amounts of EGM. The purpose of this paper is to further evaluate the dermal toxicity of DPM and to compare it with EGM.
