目的 :研究P1 6、P1 5蛋白在胃癌中的表达 ,探讨两者在胃癌发展中的作用。方法 :采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白过氧化物酶连接法 (SP法 ) ,检测 46件胃癌组织及 69件转移淋巴结标本中P1 6、P1 5蛋白的表达。结果 :P1 6表达与胃癌临床分期呈负相关。在胃癌及其转移淋巴结中P1 6和P1 5的表达呈正相关。结论 :P1 6和P1 5蛋白的联合检测可作为临床上胃癌发生和转移预测的一个参考指标
Objective: To study the expression of P1 6 and P1 5 proteins in gastric cancer and to explore their roles in the development of gastric cancer. Methods: Streptomyces avidin peroxidase (SP method) was used to detect the expression of P1 6 and P1 5 in 46 specimens of gastric carcinoma and 69 specimens of metastatic lymph nodes. Results: The expression of P1 6 was negatively correlated with the clinical stage of gastric cancer. There was a positive correlation between the expression of P1 6 and P1 5 in gastric cancer and its metastatic lymph nodes. Conclusion: The combined detection of P1 6 and P1 5 proteins can be used as a reference index in predicting the occurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer
