水利工程建设过程中,针对意外事故可能造成的损失进行投保,意外事故一旦发生时可获得相应的经济补偿,有效地降低工程项目投资风险。为做好水利工程建设投保工作,以广东省乐昌峡水利枢纽拦河坝工程“1.23”洪灾理赔案件为例,对灾害事件的发生经过、理赔协商过程和结果进行了全面介绍,分析和探讨了双方协调过程中的主要分歧和争辩焦点问题,总结归纳本案例中的经验得失。
In the process of water conservancy project construction, the insurance company may insure the loss caused by the accident and obtain the corresponding economic compensation in the event of an accident, so as to effectively reduce the investment risk of the project. In order to do a good job in the insurance construction of water conservancy projects, taking the case of “1.23 ” flood damage compensation for dam project of Lechangxia Hydraulic Project in Guangdong Province as an example, this paper introduces, analyzes and discusses the process of disaster settlement and the negotiation process and result of claims settlement. The two sides in the process of coordination of the main differences and the focus of debate, summed up the lessons learned in this case.
