目的探讨胃溃疡合并上消化道出血患者的护理对策。方法抽取收治的64例消化性溃疡合并出血患者进行分析,随机分组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预,对比两组临床效果。结果通过对比,观察组明显优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论针对胃溃疡合并出血患者实施综合护理干预,能够有效提高临床效果,促进患者康复,改善患者生活质量,具有良好的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the nursing strategies of patients with gastric ulcer complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Totally 64 cases of patients with peptic ulcer complicated by bleeding were randomly divided into control group and general nursing intervention group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The results by contrast, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gastric ulcer combined with bleeding can effectively improve the clinical effect, promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life of patients with good clinical value.
