采用共混法制备了含有不同含量SiO2的乙烯基环氧树脂(EA)/SiO2可见光固化复合材料。通过万能试验机、FTIR和SEM对其性能进行了测试和表征,研究了SiO2含量和光照时间对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:随照射时间的增加,固化深度均匀增加,当照射时间为60 s,固化深度达到9.6 mm,此时双键转化率为66.2%;表面处理的SiO2的加入提高了树脂的压缩强度,当SiO2质量含量为35%、照射时间为60 s时,压缩强度高达268 MPa。同时,SEM表明,可见光固化后的乙烯基环氧树脂/SiO2复合材料微观结构致密。
Vinyl epoxy resin (EA) / SiO2 visible light cured composites with different contents of SiO2 were prepared by blending method. The properties of the composites were tested and characterized by universal testing machine, FTIR and SEM. The effects of SiO2 content and illumination time on the properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that with increasing irradiation time, the curing depth increases uniformly. When the irradiation time is 60 s and the curing depth reaches 9.6 mm, the double bond conversion rate is 66.2%. The addition of surface-treated SiO2 increases the compressive strength of the resin, When the content of SiO2 is 35% and the irradiation time is 60 s, the compressive strength reaches as high as 268 MPa. At the same time, SEM shows that the visible light curing of the vinyl epoxy resin / SiO2 composite microstructure is compact.
