泰州港与泰州石化总厂合作兴建的泰州港油码头工程位于江苏省泰州市滨江工业园开发区、泰州港杨湾港区与高港港区之间、设计为2×104t级兼3×104t石油化工专用码头、全长250m、由引桥、工作平台与系缆墩呈蝶形分布。本工程设计采用预应力砼空心方桩作基础,内冲外排水冲桩施工。
