For many companies and countries, innovation seems to be an elusive concept. When we think of finding a solution that can create a competitive system for the promotion and application of innovation, the competitive environment has changed, or resources have dried up. What will the government and state take in order to create a long-term global competitiveness based on science, technology and innovation in the next 15 to 20 years? What kind of measures should be taken by the government and the state?
