本文构建了编码肾综合征出血热病毒核蛋白基因的真核表达载体ｐＥＦＢＯＳ／ＨＴＶＮＰ，经限制性酶切及部分序列分析验证其插入正确。采用ＤＥＡＥｄｅｘｔｒａｎ法瞬时转染ＮＩＨ３Ｔ３２４ｈ后，经间接免疫荧光染色证实，ＮＰ基因可在细胞胞浆内高水平表达，此结果为进一步研究ＨＦＲＳＶＮＰ诱导特异性ＣＴＬ的产生打下了基础 In this paper, an eukaryotic expression vector pEFBOS / HTVNP coding for the hemorrhagic fever virus gene of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome was constructed and verified by restriction analysis and partial sequence analysis.
