弹射筒一般用于航天器结构的连接与分离,将连接体以一定速度弹出,实现结构之间的弹射分离。弹射筒在工作过程中推力过大会造成航天器结构的损坏和精密元器件的失效,从而导致整个航天器飞行任务的失败,是航天器的关键部件,因此对影响弹射筒推力的因素研究具有重要意义。文章通过与典型的弹射筒推力曲线进行对比,发现某型两种结构相同的弹射筒推力曲线均多出一个突变峰值。针对该问题,采用对弹射筒试验过程中的高速摄像图片与推力、速度曲线进行对比分析,得出推力突变峰值出现的原因,从而为此类产品的设计优化提供参考。
Cartridges are generally used for the connection and disconnection of spacecraft structures, and the connectors are ejected at a certain speed, so as to realize ejection separation between structures. During the working process, the ejector thrust causes the damage of the spacecraft structure and the failure of precision components, which leads to the failure of the entire spacecraft mission and is a key component of the spacecraft. Therefore, it is important to study the factors that affect the thrust of the projectile significance. By comparing the thrust curve of a typical projectile with that of a typical projectile, it is found that the thrust curves of two projectiles with the same structure have more crest peaks. In order to solve this problem, the paper compares the high-speed images and the thrust and velocity curves during the test of the ejector to find out the causes of the peak of the thrust mutation, so as to provide a reference for the design and optimization of such products.
