目的:探讨在模拟缺氧条件下增氧呼吸器对人体血氧饱和度和心率的影响.方法:16名受试者在低压舱中(模拟海拔5000 m)进行运动负荷试验,随机分为2组(n=8):A组佩戴使用增氧呼吸器,B组不使用仪器.分别检测血氧饱和度(SaO2)和心率.结果:与B组比较,A组SaO2值明显增加(P<0.05),心率的变化则没有显著性差异.运动负荷结束后3 min及5 min心率恢复速度两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:增氧呼吸器能有效地促进高原习服过程,提高和改善低氧条件下人体的劳动能力.
Objective: To investigate the effect of respirator on oxygen saturation and heart rate in simulated hypoxia conditions.Methods: 16 subjects underwent exercise stress test in low pressure cabin (simulated elevation of 5000 m), and were randomly divided into 2 groups Group A (n = 8): Group A was wearing respirator, Group B was not using the instrument, and blood oxygen saturation (SaO2) and heart rate were measured respectively.Results: Compared with group B, SaO2 increased significantly in group A (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups (P <0.05) .Conclusion: Oxygen respirator can effectively promote the recovery of heart rate at 3 min and 5 min after the end of exercise load Plateau acclimatization process to improve and improve the human ability to work under hypoxic conditions.
