目的检测2型糖尿病肾病不同时期C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,分析其与尿微量白蛋白的关系。方法将2012年5月至2013年5月2型糖尿病患者146例,根据尿微量白蛋白分为正常白蛋白尿(NA)组、微量白蛋白尿(MA)组、临床白蛋白尿(CP)组,30例健康人群作为正常对照(NC)组,测定血清CRP、尿白蛋白、肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)。结果 NA组、MA组、CP组CRP水平均较NC组高(P<0.05,P<0.01);NA组、MA组、CP组病程、CRP水平随24 h尿微量白蛋白的增高而增高(P均<0.01)。CP组SCr、BUN水平较NC组、NA组、MA组升高,差异具有统计学差异(P均<0.01)。结论血清CRP水平与糖尿病肾病发生发展相关,随尿微量白蛋白的增高而增高,对早期发现糖尿病肾病具有重要意义。
Objective To detect the level of C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy at different stages and analyze its relationship with urinary albumin. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from May 2012 to May 2013 were divided into normal albuminuria (NA) group, microalbuminuria (MA) group and clinical albuminuria (CP) according to urinary microalbuminuria (N = 30) were enrolled in this study. Serum levels of CRP, urinary albumin, creatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured as normal control group. Results The levels of CRP in NA group, MA group and CP group were significantly higher than those in NC group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The course of disease and the level of CRP in NA group, MA group and CP group increased with the increase of urinary albumin 24 h P <0.01). The levels of SCr and BUN in CP group were higher than those in NC group, NA group and MA group (P <0.01). Conclusions Serum CRP levels are associated with the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy and increased with the increase of microalbuminuria, which is of great significance for the early detection of diabetic nephropathy.
