为了解加拿大披碱草与圆柱披碱草杂种F1的育性、细胞遗传学基础及育种潜力,对其杂种F1的生育特性、染色体构型进行了分析。结果表明,杂种F1生长速度介于双亲之间,平均株高143.67cm,株型偏向加拿大披碱草,叶量丰富,穗子超亲优势明显,花粉高度不育,结实率为0;杂种F1为五倍体,其平均染色体构型为5.82 I+14.31Ⅱ+0.15Ⅲ,并有落后染色体和染色体桥,染色体配对行为不规则是造成杂种不育的细胞遗传学原因。
In order to understand the fertility, cytogenetics and breeding potential of Elymus hybrids and Elymus hybrids F1 in Canada, the fertility and chromosome configuration of hybrid F1 were analyzed. The results showed that the average growth height of hybrid F1 was between parents, the average plant height was 143.67cm, the plant type was apt to Canadian Elymus spp., The amount of leaves was abundant, the superfamily of tassel was obvious, the pollen was highly sterile and the seed setting rate was 0; The average chromosome configuration was 5.82 I + 14.31 Ⅱ + 0.15 Ⅲ. There were also backward chromosomes and chromosome bridges. Chromosome mismatch behavior was the cytogenetical cause of CMS.
