根据机械振动学原理对矿用齿轮系统进行了力学分析,建立了一类含有间隙的齿轮系统力学模型,对模型进行了数值模拟仿真,得出了齿轮系统存在混沌振动的现象,为矿用齿轮系统优化设计和振动控制提供了理论依据。
According to the principle of mechanical vibration, the mechanical analysis of mining gear system was carried out. A kind of mechanical model of gear system with clearance was established. The model was simulated by numerical simulation. The chaotic vibration of gear system was obtained. System optimization design and vibration control provide the theoretical basis.
