为了对可能发生的突发事件提早预防和快速应对,以保障高铁中间站旅客运输安全和畅通,结合应急管理相关理论,从事前预防、事发应对、事中处置和事后处理四个方面对高铁中间站应急管理进行分析,并提出相应的改进建议。
In order to prevent and respond to possible emergencies in advance and to ensure the safe and smooth transportation of passengers at the HSR intermediate stations, the HSR system should be integrated with four related theories of emergency management, pre-prevention, incident response, incident handling and post-processing Middle station emergency management analysis, and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
