我厂生产的进、排气摇臂,以往是采用20号钢渗碳淬火。另件的技术要求:与顶杆接触处要耐磨(硬度R_c58~60),心部要有韧性。自去年大跃进以后,钢材供应紧张,特别是今年第二季度开始,更为紧张,要实现跃进计划就必然要用旁的材料来代用。以铁代钢是最好的措施。但普通灰铸铁达不到上述要求,唯一的办法是采用球墨铸铁。为了使球墨铸铁摇臂另件能符合锻钢的技术要求,作了下列的热处理试验:一高温退火球墨铸铁摇臂铸件的配料,与我厂原生产的四缸柴油机曲轴相同,化学成份为碳3.0~3.3%,
