清水岩庙宇位于福建安溪蓬莱山,距县城17公里。始建于北宋元丰六年(1083),明嘉靖四十三年(1564)重修,其后屡有修建,是安溪人供奉清水祖师的祖庙。现存的清水岩庙宇,是1966年之后 Shimizu Rock Temple is located in Anxi, Penglai Mountains, 17 kilometers from the county seat.
