由中国法学会诉讼法学研究会和上海市第一中级人民法院共同举办的１９９９年诉讼法学年会于去年１１月５日至７日在上海召开。来自全国各地的诉讼法学教学、科研和司法实务部门的约１８０名代表参加了此次会议。大会就８个专题进行了广泛、深入的探讨交流,并提出了相应的建议。
The 1999 Annual Conference of Procedural Law, jointly organized by the Law Society of China Law Society and the Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People’s Court, was held in Shanghai from November 5 to November 7 last year. Some 180 delegates from the litigation jurisprudence teaching, scientific research and judicial substantive departments throughout the country attended the meeting. The conference conducted extensive and in-depth discussions and exchanges on eight special topics and put forward corresponding suggestions.
