我国法律硕士教育已经有十多年的历史,但合理定位始终是一个未决的问题。作为一种专业学位教育,法律硕士教育的定位必然要从专业学位教育的属性中探求,并结合法律职业确定自身的内涵。针对法律硕士教育中定位不当所表现出的各种问题,从高校角度看,我国法律硕士教育应当从培养目标、师资、课程、毕业设计等人才培养要素环节的改革来实现其合理定位。
China’s legal master’s education has been more than 10 years of history, but a reasonable positioning has always been an outstanding issue. As a professional degree education, the position of legal master’s education must explore from the attributes of professional degree education and determine its own connotation according to legal profession. In view of the various problems shown by misdirected majors in legal education, from the perspective of colleges and universities, the education of legal majors in our country should realize its reasonable orientation from the reform of training elements, teachers, courses, graduate design and other elements of personnel training.
