液固界面的行为是结晶凝固过程的关键环节。作者通过系统的试验考察表明,在一个存在着动量、热量及质量传输的非平衡凝固过程中,液固界面是一个偏离平衡的区域,它具有一般非平衡区域所特有的属性;在结晶凝固过程中溶液的状态、结晶生长条件等热力学、动力学因素均对液固界面的行为产生影响。故而可通过此途经对界面行为实施控制,进而人为地把握住整个凝固过程。
The behavior of the liquid-solid interface is a key part of the crystallization solidification process. The systematic investigation shows that in a non-equilibrium solidification process where momentum, heat and mass transfer exist, the liquid-solid interface is a deviating area with properties peculiar to the general unbalanced area. During the solidification process The state of solution, crystal growth conditions and other thermodynamics and kinetics factors have an impact on the liquid-solid interface behavior. Therefore, it is possible to control the behavior of the interface through this route, thereby artificially grasping the entire solidification process.
