目的探讨动态心电图(DCG)对早期复极综合征(ERS)的诊断价值。方法对27例有胸闷、心悸、头晕、心前区不适等症状的、平静心电图正常的患者,进行24h动态心电图的监测。结果13例患者能较好地反映出早期复极综合征的心电图特点。结论24h动态心电图对早期复极综合征检出率高于常规心电图。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ambulatory electrocardiogram (DCG) in early repolarization syndrome (ERS). Methods Twenty-seven patients with chest tightness, palpitations, dizziness and precordial discomfort were monitored for 24h ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG). Results Thirteen patients could well reflect the ECG characteristics of early repolarization syndrome. Conclusions 24h dynamic electrocardiogram detection rate of early repolarization syndrome is higher than conventional electrocardiogram.
