1978年12月l8-22日,党的十一届三中全会胜利召开,标志着我国进入改革开放的新时代。1990年4月18日,党中央、国务院宣布开发开放上海浦东,在我国改革开放的大背景下,浦东的历史自此掀开新的一页。为纪念我国改革开放30周年,展示上海浦东开发开放成果,浦东新区区委宣传部、新民晚报社、东方网决定联合举办,浦东新区周报、浦东人民广插电台、浦东开发杂志社、上海浦东网联合承办以“我眼中的改革开放”为主题的何奖征文活动。
December 8-22, 1978 In December 8-22, the victory of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee marked the new era in which China entered the period of reform and opening up. On April 18, 1990, the Central Party Committee and the State Council announced the development and opening up of Shanghai Pudong. Under the background of China’s reform and opening up, the history of Pudong has since opened a new page. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of China’s reform and opening up to show the achievements of Shanghai Pudong development and opening up, Propaganda Department of Pudong New Area, Xinmin Evening News, Dongfang Wang decided to jointly organize, Pudong New Area Weekly News, Pudong People Radio, Pudong Development magazine, Shanghai Pudong Undertake co-sponsorship activities with the theme of “reform and opening up in my eyes”.
