目的采用HPLC法对湖南省4个产地绞股蓝中人参皂苷Rb1含量进行测定。方法采用甲醇回流提取,高效液相色谱法。色谱柱C18(Column200×4.6mm,5μ),乙腈-0.5%磷酸(20:80)为流动相;检测波长为203nm。结果人参皂苷Rb1在0.515-5.665μg范围呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996;人参皂苷Rb1平均回收率:97.56%,RSD为1.05%。结论该方法可靠、便捷,可以作为控制绞股蓝药材质量的方法。同时,不同产地绞蓝中总皂苷的含量存在差异,以湖南绥宁产绞股蓝中总皂苷含量(0.53%)最高。
Objective To determine the content of ginsenoside Rb1 in Gynostemma pentaphyllum from four producing areas in Hunan Province by HPLC. Methods Using methanol reflux extraction, high performance liquid chromatography. Column C18 (Column200×4.6mm, 5μ), acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid (20:80) as the mobile phase; detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results The ginsenoside Rb1 showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.515-5.665 μg, r=0.9996. The average recovery of ginsenoside Rb1 was 97.56% and the RSD was 1.05%. Conclusion This method is reliable and convenient and can be used as a method to control the quality of Gynostemma pentaphyllum. At the same time, the contents of total saponins in ginkgo blue were different in different areas. The total saponin content (0.53%) in Gynostemma japonica was the highest.
