随着油田开采率地不断提高,油气含水率也愈来愈高。长距离输送管道输送原油时不免携带有较高的水量,从而引起管道腐蚀,腐蚀会严重影响经济效益甚至人身安全。本文通过液滴携带机理研究实际工程管道运输过程中形成积液的情况从而预测腐蚀可能性,通过计算预测可能存在积液发生腐蚀的位置并与实际中发生腐蚀的位置做对比。经验证,在腐蚀严重段的7处位置有4处预测准确。结果表明,此预测研究模型具有工程指导意义。
With the increasing rate of oil field exploitation, the moisture content of oil and gas is also getting higher and higher. Long-distance pipeline transportation of crude oil can not help carrying a high amount of water, causing pipeline corrosion, corrosion will seriously affect the economic benefits and personal safety. In this paper, the droplet carrying mechanism is used to study the possibility of formation of effusion during the actual engineering pipeline transportation. The possibility of corrosion is predicted by calculation and compared with the actual corrosion position. It has been verified that there are 4 predictions at 7 locations with severe corrosive segments. The results show that this prediction model has the engineering guiding significance.
