笔者就目前正在进行的“任务驱动、项目导向”学做一体教学改革对高职教师进行了随机调查。调查发现:大多数教师的教学改革态度、理论认识、实践体会等都存在着认识与期望上的差异。基于此,建议通过开展教师职业教育能力测评、建立直属于学校的咨询式督导队伍、提供相关学习资源或相关学习途径、加强组织管理和完善配套政策等方式来推进高职学做一体教学模式改革。
The author is currently ongoing “task-driven, project-oriented ” learning to do one of the teaching reform of vocational teachers conducted a random survey. The survey found that: Most teachers’ teaching reform attitude, theoretical understanding, practical experience and so there are differences in understanding and expectations. Based on this, it is suggested that the teaching reform of higher vocational education should be promoted through the evaluation of teachers’ ability of vocational education, the establishment of consultative supervision teams directly under the school, the provision of relevant learning resources or related learning approaches, the strengthening of organizational management and improvement of supporting policies .
