民用热力点,一般位于城市建筑小区的中心。长期以来,热力点循环水泵的噪音,不但搅扰着职工、居民的正常工作和休息,而且也直接影响着运行工人的健康,是社会的公害。随着现代化城市建设的需要,净化环境,降低噪声,日益受到各方面的重视。 热力点循环水泵的流量,一般在20吨~100吨/时,扬程10米~30米,承压 10公斤/厘米~2。通常采用口径为 50~150毫米的BA型、DA型、或TSW型水泵。为了解这些水泵在运行时的声压级,我们对齐家园公寓等热力点的循环水泵噪声,进行了测定。其声压级见表(l)从表(1)可以看到,一般热力点的循环
The civilian heat point is generally located in the center of the urban building community. For a long time, the noise of circulating hot water pumps has not only disturbed the normal work and rest of employees and residents, but also has a direct impact on the health of the operating workers and is a public hazard. With the needs of modern urban construction, purifying the environment and reducing noise have received increasing attention from all parties. The flow rate of circulating hot water pump is generally 20 tons to 100 tons/hour, head 10 meters to 30 meters, pressure 10 kg/cm~2. A BA, DA, or TSW type pump with a bore diameter of 50 to 150 mm is usually used. In order to understand the sound pressure levels of these pumps during operation, we determined the noise of the circulating pump at the hot spots of home apartments and conducted measurements.
