研究了K_4〔Fe(CN)_6〕-硫脲-H_2SO_4测定痕量汞的催化显色新体系。Hg(Ⅱ)的浓度在0~1.02μg/25mL范围内遵守Beer定律,间接摩尔吸光系数ε′_(615)=6.6×10 ̄5L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1).回收率90.2%~102.0%,变异系数2.08%。该法用于饮料等食品中痕量汞的测定获得令人满意的结果。
A new catalytic chromogenic system for the determination of trace mercury with K_4 [Fe (CN) _6] -thiourea-H_2SO_4 was studied. Beer’s law was obeyed for the concentration of Hg (Ⅱ) in the range of 0 ~ 1.02μg / 25mL. The indirect molar absorptivity ε ’_ (615) = 6.6 × 10 ~ 5L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ 1). The recoveries ranged from 90.2% to 102.0% with a coefficient of variation of 2.08%. The method for the determination of trace mercury in beverages and other foods obtained satisfactory results.
