为筛选对杧果胶孢炭疽病菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides具有较好防治效果的药剂复配增效配方,采用菌丝生长速率法和Wadley法测定咪鲜胺和吡唑醚菌酯对胶孢炭疽病菌的室内抑菌效果及不同复配比的作用。结果表明,咪鲜胺和吡唑醚菌酯对胶孢炭疽菌的抑菌效果较好,EC_(50)值分别为0.055 9和0.055 8mg/L。二者复配获得6个增效配比,其中以咪鲜胺和吡唑醚菌酯配比为2∶8的增效系数最大,为6.564,EC_(50)值最小,为0.008 5mg/L。
In order to screen the synergistic formula with better control effect against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, the mycelial growth rate and Wadley method were used to determine the effects of prochloraz and pyraclostrobin on the indoor of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Antibacterial effect and the effect of different compound ratio. The results showed that prochloraz and pyraclostrobin had good antibacterial activity against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, with EC50 values of 0.055 9 and 0.055 8 mg / L, respectively.
