建筑物下胶结材料充填开采煤炭技术是提高煤炭回采率、保护地表、消除或减少建筑物搬迁的绿色采矿新技术,同时也是实现可持续发展和缓解我国煤炭资源形势的有效途径。本文结合通化矿务局八宝立井具体实例,针对本地的活化剂、外加剂以及粉煤灰的特性,选择了一种优化胶结充填材料配比的实验方法,通过正交重复实验,确定充填材料最佳配比,提高全充填采煤技术实用性。
Filling cementing materials under buildings Filling and mining coal technologies are new green mining technologies that increase coal recovery rate, protect the earth’s surface and eliminate or reduce the relocation of buildings. It is also an effective way to realize sustainable development and ease the situation of coal resources in our country. In this paper, according to the specific examples of Babao Oilfield of Tonghua Mining Bureau, aiming at the characteristics of local activators, admixtures and fly ash, an experimental method was put forward to optimize the proportioning of cemented filling materials. Through orthogonal experiment, Best ratio, improve the full filling coal technology practicality.
