1988年3月,日本Yanagisawa等从培养的猪主动脉内皮细胞上清液中分离、提纯出一种极强的血管收缩活性多肽,被称之为内皮素(ET)。在心血管疾病的发病中具有重要的意义。作者观察了急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者血浆ET浓度的变化,简要讨论了血浆ET动态变化的机理及临床意义。 1 一般资料 AMI组中,男10例,女3例,共13例。年龄41~74岁,平均62.55±9.40岁。左心功能按killip′s分级:Ⅰ级4例,Ⅱ级6例,Ⅲ级2例,Ⅳ级1例。AMI部位:前壁6例,前壁+下壁2例,前间壁+下壁2例,下壁、高例壁、心内膜下各1例。合并高血压5例,糖尿病、脑血栓形成各1例。健康人对照组中,男6例,女9例,共15例。年龄46~57岁,平均50.73±
In March 1988, Yanagisawa et al. (Japan) isolated and purified a superb vasoconstrictive polypeptide called endothelin (ET) from cultured porcine aortic endothelial cell supernatant. In the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease is of great significance. The authors observed changes in plasma ET concentrations in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and briefly discussed the mechanisms and clinical implications of the dynamic changes in plasma ET. 1 General Information AMI group, 10 males and 3 females, a total of 13 cases. Aged 41-74 years old, with an average of 62.55 ± 9.40 years old. Left heart function by killip’s classification: Ⅰ grade in 4 cases, Ⅱ grade in 6 cases, Ⅲ grade in 2 cases, Ⅳ grade in 1 case. AMI site: anterior wall in 6 cases, anterior wall + inferior wall in 2 cases, anterior wall + inferior wall in 2 cases, inferior wall, high wall, subendocardial in 1 case. 5 cases of hypertension, diabetes, cerebral thrombosis in 1 case. Healthy control group, 6 males and 9 females, a total of 15 cases. Aged 46 to 57 years old, with an average of 50.73 ±
