目的:了解大学生食品安全意识现况,分析其影响因素,为制定切实有效的干预措施提供依据和参考。方法:2014年7月对宁波大学三个校区的大学生进行现场拦截问卷调查。结果:只有25.3%的大学生食品安全意识合格,仅7.6%的学生看过《食品安全法》,有2/3以上的大学生经常或较多地去路边摊购买食品、吃油炸或烧烤的食品。多因素Logistic回归分析显示不同专业、生源地、热点关注度是影响大学生食品安全意识的主要因素,医学及食品类专业、市县地区、非常关注热点新闻的学生食品安全意识强。结论:大学生食品安全意识普遍偏低,应有针对性地加强食品安全宣教,营造良好的食品安全氛围。
Objective: To understand the current situation of college students’ awareness of food safety, analyze the influencing factors and provide the basis and references for the formulation of effective interventions. Methods: In July 2014, a field interception questionnaire was conducted among college students in three campuses of Ningbo University. Results: Only 25.3% college students got the awareness of food safety. Only 7.6% of students read the Food Safety Law. More than two-thirds of college students often or more go to the street vendors to buy food and eat fried or grilled foods . Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that different majors, students and hot spots were the main factors affecting college students’ awareness of food safety. Students in medical and food majors, cities and counties, who were very concerned about the hot news, had strong food safety awareness. Conclusion: The undergraduates awareness of food safety is generally low, and should be targeted to strengthen food safety education and create a good atmosphere for food safety.
