临床使用消渴平片治疗各型糖尿病,均取得显著疗效。经药理实验证明,消渴平能使正常家兔及四氧嘧啶所致的糖尿病小鼠血糖明显降低并能增加家兔胰岛素含量水平。药理实验与临床使用消渴平治疗非胰岛素依赖型糖屎病结果一致,说明消渴平的降糖机理可能是促进β—细胞对胰岛素的分泌。
Clinical use of Diabetes Tablets to treat all types of diabetes, have achieved significant results. The pharmacological experiments show that Xiaokeping can significantly reduce blood glucose in normal mice and alloxan-induced diabetic mice and increase the level of insulin in rabbits. Pharmacological experiments and clinical use of Xiaokeping treatment of non-insulin-dependent glycocalyx results consistent, indicating that the mechanism of Xiaokeping hypoglycemic mechanism may be to promote β-cell insulin secretion.
