铀矿石常规水冶加工过程的主要工序有:用酸溶液或碱溶液浸出铀、用溶剂萃取法或离子交换法浓集和纯化铀以及沉淀铀。本文讨论了上述这些主要工序的铀水冶化学以及预处理和浸出工序中矿石的矿物学和水冶化学之间的关系。讨论了许多铀水冶厂重要副产品——钒的行为。概述了回收铀的其它工艺过程的铀化学。这些工艺过程有:细菌浸出、堆浸、溶解采矿、不经过黄饼直接生产四氟化铀以及从磷酸盐溶液中回收铀。
Uranium ore conventional hydrometallurgical process of the main processes are: acid solution or alkali solution leaching uranium, solvent extraction or ion exchange enrichment and purification of uranium and sedimentary uranium. This paper discusses uranium hydrometallurgy in these major processes and the relationship between mineralogy and hydrometallurgy in ore pretreatment and leaching processes. Discussed the behavior of many vanadium, an important by-product of uranium hydrometallurgy. The uranium chemistry of other processes for uranium recovery is outlined. These processes include bacterial leaching, heap leaching, dissolved mining, direct production of uranium tetrafluoride without passing through yellow cakes, and recovery of uranium from phosphate solutions.
