新课程背景下中小学计算机教师的培训分析

随着新课程改革的实施,素质教育的提倡,教师的培训工作在教育教学过程中越来越受到重视。计算机作为学生适应社会发展的基本技能之一,教育不要求中小学必须开设计算机课程。而加强中小学计算机教师的培训有助于提升教师的综合技能和素养,是推动学科发展、课程改革的催化剂。本文通过分析目前中小学计算机教师的特点、教师培训存在的问题来提出相应的对策和培养建议等,借以来促使教师专业化的形成,提升教师培训的质量。 With the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the promotion of quality education, teacher training has drawn more and more attention in the education and teaching process. As one of the basic skills students adapt to social development, education does not require that primary and secondary schools have to set up computer courses. Strengthening the training of computer teachers in primary and secondary schools will help improve teachers’ comprehensive skills and literacy, which is a catalyst for promoting the development of disciplines and curriculum reform. In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of primary and secondary computer teachers, teacher training problems to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and training suggestions, in order to promote the formation of teacher specialization and enhance the quality of teacher training.
