基础设施的建设直接关系到我国的经济增长,铁路施工是我国基础建设中的重要组成部分。现阶段的铁路施工企业想要获得竞争优势和更多的经济效益,就需要加强企业的财务内部控制。通过强化企业财务内部控制,促进企业管理效率的提升,增加企业的资金安全,促使铁路施工企业核心竞争力的获取,实现铁路施工企业的经济效益和社会效益的增加。本文对铁路施工企业财务内部控制的重要性进行阐述,分析了内部控制制度建设方面存在的问题,并提出合理的应对措施,以此期望实现铁路施工企业获得更好更快的发展。
The construction of infrastructure is directly related to the economic growth in our country. Railway construction is an important part of China’s infrastructure construction. At this stage of railway construction enterprises want to gain competitive advantage and more economic benefits, we need to strengthen the financial internal control of enterprises. By strengthening the financial internal control of enterprises, promoting the improvement of enterprise management efficiency, increasing the capital security of enterprises, facilitating the acquisition of core competitiveness of railway construction enterprises and increasing the economic benefits and social benefits of railway construction enterprises. This article elaborates the importance of internal financial control of railway construction enterprises, analyzes the existing problems in the construction of internal control system and puts forward reasonable countermeasures so as to expect the railway construction enterprises to achieve better and faster development.
