对影响水泥石外部氯离子固化能力的若干影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,矿物掺合料如粉煤灰、矿渣、偏高岭土和钢渣可显著提高水泥基材料氯离子固化能力。提高幅度从高到低分别为偏高岭土、矿渣、钢渣、粉煤灰。增加溶液氯离子浓度和提高水泥石水灰比可提高氯离子固化能力,而碳化后则水泥石对氯离子的固化能力降低。改善水泥基材料氯离子固化能力可以提高钢筋耐锈蚀能力。
Several influential factors that affect the ability of external curing of cement chloride are studied. The results show that mineral admixtures such as fly ash, slag, metakaolin and steel slag can significantly improve the chloride ion curing ability of cement-based materials. Increase from high to low were metakaolin, slag, steel slag, fly ash. Increasing the concentration of chloride ion in the solution and increasing the water-cement ratio of the cement stone can increase the chloride ion solidification ability, while the cementing stone reduces the solidification ability of the chloride ion after carbonization. Improving the ability of cement-based materials to cure chloride ions can improve the corrosion resistance of steel bars.
