目的 评价RF 2 0 0 0射频肿瘤治疗系统的实验及初步临床应用效果。方法 5只离体牛肝 ,分深浅两组消融肝内靶点 ;2只离体牛肾 ,叠放于肝表面 ,消融肾内靶点 ;9例肝肿瘤 16次射频治疗。结果 ①深组听见来自肝内的“扑扑”声、第二肝门“嘶嘶”的气流声 ;②浅组肝表面变成灰白色 ;③肾表面及其接触的肝表面变成灰白色 ;④临床治疗时均听见来自肝内的气体爆裂声 ,病人无不良反应 ,疗效确切。结论 ①该设备可使组织产生气体 ,提示有气体栓塞的可能性 ;②浅表消融灶可伤及邻近组织 ;③初步临床应用提示该系统使用安全、疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the experimental and preliminary clinical application of RF 2 0 0 0 RF tumor treatment system. Methods Five isolated beef liver were divided into two groups, the ablation target of liver was divided into two groups. Two isolated bovine kidneys were stacked on the surface of the liver, the target of ablation of the kidney was ablated, and nineteen cases of liver tumor were treated by radiofrequency ablation. Results ① The deep group heard the sound of “flutter” from the liver and the “hissing” air flow of the second hilar. ② The surface of the liver of the superficial group turned grayish white. ③ The surface of the kidney and the liver surface in contact with it became grayish white. ④ Clinical treatment are heard from the liver gas burst sound, the patient no adverse reactions, the exact effect. Conclusion ① The device can generate gas tissue, suggesting the possibility of gas embolism; ② superficial lesion can damage adjacent tissue; ③ preliminary clinical application of the system is safe to use, the exact effect.
