选择适宜棚室栽培、高产优质食用菌新品种,规范安全用种;利用玉米芯等农作物秸秆作为新型基质栽培食用菌;优化出菇方式,实施催蕾促菇,利用通风、立体套种等措施,调节水稻育秧大棚内的小气候,满足不同时期食用菌对温、光、水、气等环境的需求;开展菌渣无害化、资源化利用等研究工作;2012~2014年在富锦市对水稻育秧大棚食用菌安全高效栽培关键技术进行集成与示范,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,综合效益提高10%以上,探索出一条提高育秧大棚综合利用率,增加农民收入的新路子。
