干扰素目前广泛地应用于慢性病毒感染性疾病及肿瘤的治疗,主要是因为它能激活细胞内抗病毒蛋白基因而合成抗病毒蛋白,具有强大的免疫调节作用。干扰素作为一种蛋白质,具有一定的免疫原性,因此也可以刺激机体的免疫系统产生相应的抗体——干扰素抗体。干扰素抗体可以分为中和抗体和结合抗体两种。据研究,中和抗体可以中和干扰素的生物学活性,而结合抗体虽然也能同干扰素结合,但并不影响干扰素的生物活性。目前检测干扰素抗体主要有三种方法:①生物学方法;②酶免疫测定法(EIA);③免疫放射测定法(RIA)。用生物学方 Interferon is currently widely used in the treatment of chronic viral infectious diseases and tumors, mainly because it can activate intracellular antiviral protein gene and synthesize antiviral protein, which has a strong immunomodulatory effect.
