利用扫描电镜对Q235带钢在600~900℃下生成的表面氧化铁皮进行观察。结合氧化铁皮厚度对氧化铁皮失效的影响,讨论了孔洞对氧化铁皮失效影响的重要性。结果表明:孔洞对氧化铁皮失效的影响在某些情况下要大于厚度对氧化铁皮失效的影响。
Scanning electron microscopy was used to examine the surface scale of Q235 steel produced at 600 ~ 900 ℃. Combined with the influence of the thickness of the scale on the scale failure, the importance of the holes on the scale failure was discussed. The results show that the effect of holes on the scale failure is greater than the thickness in some cases and the effect on the scale failure.
